Abstract

This study examines the effects of workload, work motivation, and work environment on employee loyalty through job satisfaction among employees of the Free Nutritious Meal Program in Bekasi. A quantitative cross-sectional design was applied to 163 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that workload, work motivation, and work environment significantly affect job satisfaction and employee loyalty. Job satisfaction also significantly affects employee loyalty and mediates the effects of all three antecedents on loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of proportional workload allocation, employee motivation, and a supportive work environment in strengthening satisfaction and loyalty within public nutrition-service operations.
