Abstract

This research is a literature review that examines the
influence of Word of Mouth, Satisfaction and Brand
Image of Purchases. This research focuses on frozen
businesses located in Bekasi City. This research will
reveal the relationship between the independent
variable and the dependent variable. This research
uses a quantitative design with a customer
population from Frozen Duck Queen with samples
using the Slovin approach. This research will use SPSS
statistical tools to process research data and answer
research hypotheses.
