Abstract

This research will explain the influence of
environmental satisfaction, job satisfaction and
balance of life and salary on employee performance
using a literature review. This research found that
there are 4 hypotheses that need to be answered.
This research uses a quantitative design using
numbers for research decision making. Using SPSS
statistical tools and testing the feasibility of data and
models and answering hypotheses. This research was
conducted at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, which is
one of the largest banking companies in Indonesia
