Abstract

This research is a literature review that examines the
influence of Motivation, Compensation, and
Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction. This
research was conducted on generation Z who are
members of the Police at the East Jakarta Metro
Police. This research uses a quantitative approach
with a population that is not known with certainty so
that the minimum sample used refers to the
approach of Hair et al.
