The convenience factor is an important combination
of many different factors that influence the
customer's purchasing decision process. The
cleanliness factor also has a very big influence
because customers everywhere have the same desire
where to get their needs, especially food, the place
must be really clean, healthy and free from germs.
The population in the study was all Fore coffee shop
consumers throughout Indonesia, while sampling in
this study used side accidental techniques. Data
collection techniques in research use observation and
a list of questions. Data analysis techniques used in
this research include validity testing, reliability
testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple
linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS For
Windows 22 software
