This research is a literature review that will examine
the influence of superior leadership and job stress on
employee performance. This research focuses on
employee performance at the Indonesian Bintang
Coffee (Tomoro Coffee) company. This research uses
a quantitative design that uses numbers for decision
making. The population of this research is employees
at Tomora Coffee. The data collected will be tested
using statistical tools to obtain conclusions from the
research results.
