LITERATURE REVIEW : THE INFLUENCE OF JOB INSECURITY, JOB INVOLVEMENT, AND JOB SATISFACTION ON GOJEK DRIVER TURNOVER INTENTION IN BEKASI CITY

This research is a literature review that examines the
influence of job insecurity, job involvement and job
satisfaction on turnover intention. This research
focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi
City. The population in this study is not known with
certainty but the approach used for the minimum
sample was adopted from Lemeslow with a total of
100 respondents.
SPSS statistical tools are used to test the feasibility of
research data, namely validity and reliability and test
classic assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity,
multicollinearity and multiple linear regression and
answer research hypotheses with t and f tests and
determination.
