Abstract

Studi kualitatif ini menguji pengaruh kompetensi karyawan terhadap efektivitas operasional di Pegadaian . Melalui wawancara dan observasi, berbagai kompetensi dieksplorasi. Studi melibatkan karyawan dari berbagai departemen, selama kurang lebih 1 bulan pengumpulan data. Temuan menyoroti korelasi antara kompetensi dan efisiensi operasional, menekankan perlunya program pelatihan yang ditargetkan.
