Abstract

The influence of social media use on teenagers' emotional intelligence is discussed in this research. The independent variable in this research is emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is social media use. This study collected research subjects from teenagers aged 14-19 years who were the samples in this study who could use the cluster random selection technique. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of teenagers' emotional intelligence, their use of social media, their interactions. According to this research, social media can influence teenagers' emotions and shape their morals and personality. It is important to fully understand the impact of social media use on their emotional intelligence.
